From Todoist. The assistant reads everything first, tells you what it understood and asks what it is unsure of — nothing reaches your lists until you approve each step.

In Todoist: Settings → Integrations → Developer → API token. It is used only now, from this phone straight to Todoist, and kept nowhere. You can make a new one there afterwards.

Say it to Siri, and it lands in your inbox — word for word, no conversation. Your words go to Witbitz's sealed enclave, are locked there to this room's key, and only this device can open them.

A secure room opens only for your account — a link alone lets no one in. Everything you keep here is copied into one and checked, row by row, before this phone switches to it: your lists, tasks, documents, settings, views and skills.

Stays here, in this room, kept as a backup: the conversation with the assistant and History. Set up again after the move: Google Calendar.

My schedule: your time — counted as busy when the assistant plans. Know about: it knows and mentions them, never as your time. Ignore: never read. A calendar not here is not read until you decide.

A free sign-in by an emailed code — no password. Siri and connections belong to it. Google's sign-in is held in Witbitz's sealed enclave: never on this device, in your room, or anywhere of ours.

When editing a task: a field shows always, only when the task has a value, or never. Fields list — the chips under a task's title: shown or hidden. Hiding never removes a value; a field shown only when set can still be filled by the assistant.

Move groups and items up or down, and hide what you do not use. Hidden things stay here, to bring back.
